T minus 6 days.

Do you remember when you were a teenager and you never really saw yourself at 30? No, really. I imagined getting older, getting out of college, getting married and having kids but I never had a clear picture of 30.

My clear picture is just about to come and slap me upside the head.

Bring it! I am ready to take it on.

(Can we just end this NaPoBloBlah-blah-blah already?)

I do. And last January I turned 40. With absolutely no idea how that happened so quickly. Enjoy your 30s - its a great decade. Honest. And 40s are turning out to be pretty "Crunchy" too.

I dreaded my 30th b-day. It signaled the end of my 20s and all the fun I had (or so I thought)! When I did turn 30, I was shocked at how amazing it felt. 30 is great! :)

I'll be turning 32 in a few weeks.

I'll be 34 in a couple of weeks - really, it's not all that bad. :-) The thirties are the time when you are just young enough to still do whatever you want, and just old enough to know better!

Being at the mid-30's mark, I can tell you that my 30s are already so much better than my 20s. Except for the slowing of the metabolism thing... that sucks. But maybe that is more from having babies than from being in my 30s...
